Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.sipmatchamuse.com

We only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. Please note that returns can not be accepted for any perishable goods. Since our matcha is considered perishable, we can not accept returns for this perishable item. We will offer product exchanges for any items deemed defective* by Matcha Muse—these items must be returned on the exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in the original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The term “defective” is to be confirmed by Matcha Muse, and is defined as:

Food-Item: Unfit for safe consumption, due to its age, contamination, or packaging damages. All matcha pouches are sealed to protect the quality and safety of your matcha. If this seal is broken, the matcha is not safe for consumption.

Non-food Item: Unfit for use, due to any visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort. 

We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy. Please inspect your order upon reception and if for any reason, your product is defective (as defined above) upon arrival or incorrect compared to your order receipt, please contact us immediately at info@sipmatchamuse.com with a photo of your defective item, order number, and proof of purchase. If the return is approved, we will email you the exchange instructions.

In all other cases, refund requests will be issued on a case-by-case basis.
