02. whisk - move in a soft yet quick zigzag motions until frothy. avoid touching the bottom of your bowl to maintain the quality of the prongs
03. clean - soak your bamboo whisk in clean hot water and then rinse until there is no residue. never use soap or put in dishwasher.
04. dry & store - pat dry your whisk fully before storing on a whisk holder or on its handle with its prongs facing upwards
